Mildessa Wine Sauerkraut with German Sparkling Wine

For special moments of pleasure, this refined Mildessa Sauerkraut is refined with German sparkling wine from bottle fermentation and fine grapes. The sauerkraut is ready cooked and subtly seasoned for quick and easy preparation. Like all our Mildessa products, our wine sauerkraut is also made of German cabbage.

White cabbage, 4% grapes, wine, 2% quality sparkling wine, sugar, salt, grape juice concentrate, vegetable extracts (carrot, celery, leek), natural spice flavors, natural flavor (contains celery and soya), antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Put the sauerkraut in a pot and warm it up for about 15 minutes at medium heat. Stir occasionally. Add some water or broth as needed.

Place the sauerkraut in a microwaveable container, stir well, distribute evenly and heat at 600 watts for about 3 minutes.
