Hengstenberg only processes German cabbage. It is grown under the strictest regulations, picked mostly by hand and processed immediately. It contains a high concentration of vitamin C.
We process early cabbage from August to September, main cabbage from October to November and winter cabbage in December. This long harvest period of the cabbages we have selected allows us to guarantee maximum freshness and great taste.
