Ingredients

White cabbage, wine, salt.
Preserved by gentle heating (pasteurization).

Usage

Put the sauerkraut in a pot and warm it up for about 15 minutes at medium heat. Stir occasionally. Add some water or broth as needed.

Pour contents into a microwave-safe container, stir well, spread evenly, cover and heat for max. 10 min. at 600 watts.
