Ingredients (4 servings)
|4||large tortilla wraps|
|1||Mildessa Mild Sauerkraut|
|100 g||iceberg lettuce|
|200 g||smoked salmon|
|125 g||cream cheese with herbs|
Wash the lettuce and cut it into fine stripes. Chop the cress, out the sauerkraut into a pot and heat it for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Do not forget to stir!
Coat the wraps with cream cheese using the spoon, put the warm sauerkraut in the middle and additionally put salmon slices, cress and lettuce on top. Now fold the top and bottom side over the content and roll up the wrap from left to right or the other way.
Cut the rolled wrap diagonally and decorate with a bit of cress.
Tip: To avoid uncurling, use kitchen yarn to keep your wraps in shape.
