
Full of beans? Absolutely: Sheep's Cheese and Bean Salad
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 jar of Hengstenberg Bean Salad (370 ml)
- 200 g sheep's cheese
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of marjoram
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Hengstenberg "Altmeister" vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Sugar

- 1 jar of Hengstenberg Bean Salad (370 ml)
- 200 g sheep's cheese

Step 1: The beginning
Drain the bean salad well.
Step 2: Preparing the ingredients
Cut the sheep's cheese into cubes. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them in half. Clean and wash the pepper and cut it into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the marjoram, shake it dry and chop the leaves finely.
Step 3: The dressing
Mix together the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and stir well.
Step 4: The finishing touch
Add the dressing to the other ingredients you have prepared and mix them together carefully.
