Salmon wraps

The preparation

Wash the lettuce and cut it into fine stripes. Chop the cress, put the sauerkraut into a pot and heat it for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Do not forget to stir!

The wraps

Coat the wraps with cream cheese using the spoon, put the warm sauerkraut in the middle and additionally put salmon slices, cress and lettuce on top. Now fold the top and bottom side over the content and roll up the wrap from left to right or the other way.

The finish

Cut the rolled wrap diagonally and decorate with a bit of cress.

Tip: To avoid uncurling, use kitchen yarn to keep your wraps in shape.

4 large wraps (tortilla)

1 sachet of Mildessa Sauerkraut with pineapple (400 g)

100 g lettuce

200 g sliched smoked salmon

1 bowl of cress

125 g herb cream cheese
